Your 2009 charitable giving is tax exempt when giving to Philly Deaf.  The Philly Deaf administrative care leader, Trina, is in the process of compiling all of the 2009 giving and will be mailing that information to you in time for your tax filing.

Thank you for your support of Philly Deaf this past year.  Please consider what you'll be able to give to the Lord through Philly Deaf this new 2010 year. You can help make this a great financial year for Philly Deaf.

As a way of teaching ... One of the ways that God established for the priests to be supported was through the old testament sacrificial system that required 10 percent (10%) of the harvest be given in sacrifice to God.  In the new testament, the apostle Paul encourages everyone to "give according to what you have."   So, although the new testament does not require the tithe,"
there is a principle of percentage.

At Philly Deaf we encourage every person to give according to the grace that you have received. If you are a Believer in Jesus Christ and His sacrifice for you then you have received GREAT GRACE.  We call it "Grace Giving," because it is our response of giving to the church to the grace that we've received from an eternal God.   He gave...so we give!

Thank You and God's very B
