The annual Philly Deaf Christmas dinner has traditionally been on a Saturday evening, The dinner for this year, has been planned for December 4th since the Care Leader's retreat at the end of 2009. However, we're also aware that other Deaf ministries in the Delaware Valley have planned their Christmas for this same date.
Therefore, in order to avoid a scheduling conflict, Philly Deaf is moving their Christmas dinner from Saturday the 4th, to Sunday evening, December 5th; beginning at 6:30 pm
The meal planning has already begun. Philly Deaf will be providing the Turkey and drinks for this special meal together. We're asking for others to sign up for Entree dishes and desserts. A list will be circulated at the Philly Deaf service, and others who plan to attend can bring a dish with them to share.
Although no child care is provided for this dinner event, we encourage all families to attend with their children. The last Christmas dinner included a Christmas trivia game and a prize. Hmmmm...what will be do this year???? Come and See
